This is a contract red Persian rug from one of the masters of the Ghotb company (Mr. Haj Hosein Panahi), featuring a floral design from around 1970. It is original “Persian heirloom” because the production and weaving period of this company lasted about twenty years, from 1960 to 1980. Over 50 years ago, in the ancient city of Kashan, in the center of Persia, women and girls who were Persian carpet weavers knotted this pretty and elegant red carpet by hand.

Quality raw materials were used in its production, with mainly cotton yarn used for the warp and weft to increase the quality of this Kashan rug.
